JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Quality Assurance will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining all quality enhancement systems. They will coordinate the flow of information across departments. The Director will work cooperatively with all program managers and department directors to ensure regulatory compliance and the integrity of program policies, case files, support plans and related documentation.

Job Coach/Driver

JOB SUMMARY

The Job Coach/Driver will provide job coaching supports, travel training, and transportation as needed to people receiving Employment Services at CRC. The position will contribute to the development and implementation of the ISP goals and objectives for individuals. The Job Coach must be committed to building positive relationships with the people that he/she is supporting as well as with those people and organizations that he/she comes into contact with during the job. A commitment to the inclusion of people with developmental disabilities in their communities as valued employees and citizens is required.

Residential Assistant Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The team leader performs direct-care functions; he/she assist the Manager in overseeing the provision of services designed to enhance the lives and meet the health and well-being need of the ABI/TBI individuals served. The team leader also helps to improve services and encourage choice, while promoting participation to the fullest extent possible.
